The slim down of entertainment companies, which were once in the midst of growing their bodies, has begun.

It began to reduce non-core asset and consider selling them.  In April 2022 alone, Giantization was a hot topic, with Discovery and WarnerMedia merging worth $44 billion, but the atmosphere changed 180 degrees in a year. Reducing the weight of boats for survival has begun.  They have no choice but to lighten the ship if they do not want it to sink.  Paramount also sold an iconic building located in New York(BlackRock).

They are selling loads that don't need to go forward.  Disney disclosed that all possibilities, including the sale of ABC, are open. We thought ABC is center of media field. But they have to use all full power to survive. There is no safe place. It's all because of Netflix. The same goes for Korea.
