Warner Bros. Discovery’s Max turned in the highest total customer satisfaction rating among U.S. subscription-streaming services, according to the results of Whip Media’s 2023 Streaming Satisfaction Report.

However, Netflix ranked 6th in total customer satisfaction. The company was second in 2022, but his ranking fell significantly. Policies such as crackdown on customers sharing passwords and price hikes seem to have affected total satisfaction. Netflix's Satisfaction Continues to Fall Since 2021. Apple TV+ ranks No. 4 in overall satisfaction among subscribers, increasing 5 points from last year to 81%. For NBCUniversal's Peacock, total satisfaction is growing rapidly. It rose 6% points to 74% in a year.  Peacock and Apple TV+ satisfaction have seen  rise across all measures.

According to the survey, the company's original content was well received. But there is still a need to increase satisfaction in the 70% range.

Netflix remains the most indispensable service (the percentage of respondents saying they would keep the service if they could only have one subscription) but  In 2023, 27% picked Netflix as the one service they would keep, compared with 41% in 2021. Media, an entertainment data and analytics provider, compiled the weighted rankings based on a survey of 2,011 U.S. adults.(18~54) from July 7-16, 2023.

Netflix's demand for original content is also gradually falling.
