Disney+ original series Blood Free (directed by Park Chul-hwan, written by Park Chul-hwan, produced by Lee Soo-yeon, produced by Ark Media) is the No. 1 Disney+ TV show in four countries - South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore - as of April 28, according to FlixPatrol, a site that tracks content viewing on streaming platforms around the world.

On April 26, it was also the No. 1 show in Japan, but as of April 28, it is the No. 2 show in Japan. It proved to be the top movie of the first half of the year.

Blood Free is a suspense thriller drama that follows Yoon Yoo-ju (Han Hyo-joo), the head of BF, a biotech company that has ushered in a new era of artificially cultured meat in 2025, and her bodyguard, Woo Chae-woon (Joo Ji-hoon), a retired military officer who deliberately approaches her, as they become embroiled in a series of mysterious deaths and events and hunt for the truth behind them.
