애플 TV+, 업계 최초로 중국 진출? 민감해지는 미국 정부(Apple TV+ to enter China for the first time? U.S. government gets sensitive)

Apple was in talks with China's largest carrier, China Mobile, to bring its streaming service AppleTV+ to China last year, The Information reported. If successful, the deal would make Apple TV+ the only streaming service available in China, the world's largest market.

The information said it is not known at this time how far the negotiations have progressed. However, if a deal is reached, Apple TV+ will have access to more than 200 million customers who use China Mobile services (internet and broadcast). (Bundle)

애플(Apple)이 지난해 스트리밍 서비스 애플TV+의 중국 진출을 위해  중국 최대 통신사 차이나 모바일(China Mobile)과  협상 중이었다고 디인포메이션이 보도했다. 만약 이 협상이 성공한다면 애플TV+는 세계 최대 마켓인 중국에서 서비스하는 유일한 스트리밍이 된다.

디인포메이션(The information)은 현재 협상이 어느 정도 진전됐는지는 알려지지 않았다고 밝혔다. 그러나 계약을 맺게 되면 애플 TV+는 차이나 모바일 서비스(인터넷 및 방송)을 쓰고 있는  2억 명 이상의 고객을 확보하게 된다. (번들) 차이나 모바일의 전체 가입자는 10억 명 이상인 것으로 알려졌다.
